How we execute each project

Turnkey EPC delivery with a single point of responsibility for execution.

Engineering and surveying

Site surveys, interpretation of engineering documentation, constructability solutions, clash and interference review, and material takeoffs.

Procurement and coordination

Materials management and coordination, definition of installation and welding consumables, logistics for equipment, tools and crews, and execution schedule planning.

Construction and installation

Fabrication of spools and specialty components, shop and field welding, installation and alignment of piping runs, supports and structural assemblies. Finishes and job close‑out.

Controls, testing and handover

Visual and dimensional checks, support during inspections and testing, pressure and integrity tests, close‑out documentation and final handover for commissioning.
